Work programme

The work programme of the exchange lasts three weeks.

The 1st week (except for one case in which the beneficiary will have exchanges with trainers working in two bodies far from each other - Bucharest and Timisoara, where the exchange will take two weeks instead of one) will be devoted to the exchange of knowledge with trainers of the hosting centres about the different training realities, in particular about the recruiting procedure in schools and universities, about educational systems, about the structure of curricula in vocational schools, competences acquired at the end of the studies, interventions for technological innovation, regulations for the promotion of vocational training, the evaluation and certification system and the relationship between schools and the labour market.

Partnership

The project, put forward by 'Fenice' who is the contracting body, has a partnership made of public universities, state research and training institutions, secondary schools and national associations dealing with tourism and European integration training. The partners have different natures and structures but they all have high standards of competence in the various sectors of the project. Therefore, beneficiaries will discuss their knowledge and competences with local experts and will identify the opportunities offered by the territory in terms of tourism and skills of the new professional profiles, especially of tourism development agents.

The period spent in Romania will also enhance the language skills, will enable them to establish contacts and links at different levels for later co-operations in trans-national programmes, and understand the mentality of the organizations and the working methods mirroring social and cultural habits different from Italian ones.
